Welcome to our Farm Share Program, where we bring the best of our "Whole Cow" ground beef directly to your doorstep every month in Tulsa.

Joining is easy: simply sign up to receive 5 lbs of our nutrient-rich ground beef on the 4th Saturday of each month.

We coordinate delivery details through convenient text messaging, ensuring a seamless experience. Our members typically leave a cooler on their porch, but we also provide insulated boxes if needed.

For those wanting more than ground beef, just let us know and we can customize your order with additional cuts. These add-on Payments are accepted via Cash App or check.

beyond blessed to get to raise our 4 kiddos with such health and freedom as they run barefoot on our lush, regenerative farm in Oklahoma.

The wild and wonderful journey of raising our kids is what inspired us to start our “Farm Share Program”.

We wanted a way to connect with other families, to share the abundance of our farm and to do all that we can to nourish the next generation in a deep, yet super doable way.

We know well the challenge of juggling all the demands of family life and the difficulty of getting our “real” to catch up with our “ideal”. Whether it was a nauseous pregnancy or a picky toddler, a chaotic vacation or a prolonged hospital stay, we’ve been through it all. We’ve keenly felt how hard it can be to support our bodies with the nutrient-dense foods that are so needed for us to thrive, let alone survive, through all that life throws at us.

We are so excited to have this farm share program, knowing that it is a small way we help our members achieve a vibrant lifestyle.

FAQ

  • We are not certified organic, because that is a costly process and we feel like is really just a label used when there isn't a transparent relationship with the farmer. But we would say we are "beyond organic" and especially focus on regenerating the land & managing our cattle in a way that builds and heals the soil. We never treat our pastures with any herbicides or chemicals of any kind. And we always try to source hay that has not been treated either.

    See q’s below for details on what we do or don't give our cows.

  • We are passionately opposed to GMOs of any kind. Unlike many “grassfed” producers, we DO NOT feed them alfalfa hay, because the vast majority of alfalfa is GMO and sprayed with glyphosate.

  • We don't use vaccines as a rule. Some farmers believe them to be required to keep animals alive, however, we believe there are potential side effects that are not worth it! If we buy replacement cattle from other farms, it’s possible they may have received an early vaccine when they were young, but we try to source our cows as naturally as possible.

  • We never use antibiotics as a whole herd or routine treatment. We only use antibiotics on our cows in the same way we would use them ourselves, to help in the case of dire sickness or injury.

    Note: The “antibiotic-free” label at the grocery store does not mean they were not given antibiotics ever. It means they didn't receive any shortly before slaughter.

  • Absolutely!!! We LOVE to have people come out and meet us and our cows. Reach out to us via the Contact Us page and we can arrange a good time!

  • We have had many pregnant mamas who have been so grateful to have our protein & nutrient rich (organs) beef nourish them during the crucial months of pregnancy and breastfeeding. They organs in the beef are rich in the very nutrients needed to support optimal growth.

    Note: It is always a good idea to check with your healthcare provider before trying anything new during pregnancy.
