We are currently in the process of finalizing our nutrition label. Most nutrition labels for beef sticks are basically the same because they are capturing so little data. View the typical beef stick label below.
In the meantime, please know that our beef sticks are crafted with approximately 10% organ meats, making them a richer source of bioavailable nutrients like vitamin B12, vitamin A, and copper compared to many other beef stick options.
We expect to have the basic nutrition label available in the next few months and are planning a more comprehensive nutritional analysis in the future.
We appreciate your patience and understanding!

We are not certified organic, because that is a costly process and we feel like is really just a label used when there isn't a transparent relationship with the farmer. But we would say we are "beyond organic" and especially focus on regenerating the land & managing our cattle in a way that builds and heals the soil. We never treat our pastures with any herbicides or chemicals of any kind. And we always try to source hay that has not been treated either.
See q’s below for details on what we do or don't give our cows.
-
We are passionately opposed to GMOs of any kind. Unlike many “grassfed” producers, we DO NOT feed them alfalfa hay, because the vast majority of alfalfa is GMO and sprayed with glyphosate.
-
We don't use vaccines as a rule. Some farmers believe them to be required to keep animals alive, however, we believe there are potential side effects that are not worth it! If we buy replacement cattle from other farms, it’s possible they may have received an early vaccine when they were young, but we try to source our cows as naturally as possible.
-
We never use antibiotics as a whole herd or routine treatment. We only use antibiotics on our cows in the same way we would use them ourselves, to help in the case of dire sickness or injury.
Note: The “antibiotic-free” label at the grocery store does not mean they were not given antibiotics ever. It means they didn't receive any shortly before slaughter.

"I recently bought some WholeStix to try out on my hungry boys - they loved them! I really like the size, too... a hearty snack for my teenagers, and a stix cut into two pieces is the perfect sized snack for my younger boys to share. The flavor is soooo good, and you truly cannot detect a hint of organ meat. What a happy surprise to find such a healthy snack that my boys are excited to eat!"

“During my second pregnancy, I was searching for ways to add more nutrients into my diet, but lots of things were unappealing to me. When my sister gave me one of these to try, I was super nervous that it would taste weird or that I would be able to taste the organ meat (I’ve only eaten organ meat once before), but let me tell you, I was shocked at how yummy and flavorful they are. You can’t taste the organs at all and the sticks have just the right amount of flavor and spice. WholeStix are a pantry staple and such an easy and tasty way to incorporate organs into you and your family’s diet.”

"Great customer service and Great product! I'm so grateful we found this company. My family was looking for healthier snack options and we found it with Whole Stix. My whole family (kids and adults) love these so much that we are on a subscription so we never run out. I also reached out when I had made mistakes on my order and I received and very prompt response with ordering options that best suits my family's needs. It's nice to deal with a family owned and operated company that gives quality customer service as well as quality products. We will be a life long customer!"

When my friend gave me one of these to try, I wasn't sure how beef sticks with organ meat would taste - I am NOT a fan of liver and am a bit grossed out by the idea of organ meats, even though I know they're so good for you. But these beef sticks were not only bearable, but delicious! Just the right amount of spice and a better flavor than others, even. Amazing and delicious!

I love, love, love! these Whole Cow beef sticks. They are the best tasting and most nutritious meat snack I have tried—at a great price! I absolutely hated liver as a kid and initially I was afraid of beef with organs mixed in, even though I know the extraordinary value of eating organ meats. But… not only can I not detect the smallest amount of liver taste, I think the whole cow mix actually improves the flavor over the options. I travel a lot and don’t really trust the quality of most restaurant meats, so these are super convenient for me. Thank you WholeStix!
